We CHOOSE to be distracted by all the white noise in this global and cultural traumasphere. We can also choose to participate in the collective healing that is arising in response to this existential emergency. Change seems to happen slowly, slowly - and then all at once. Upheaval and derangement lead inevitably to emergence and re-arrangement. Become an expression of Gaia's self-regulation, and you will increasingly become part of her regeneration. Birth is messy!
