"Loss, mourning, grief, and anxiety all play a role..." It is amazing to me how we can avoid acknowledging the role trauma is playing for ALL of us - not just those who directly experience unnatural disasters. The whole world is an unnatural disaster right now, and I am traumatized by the wounding of the living planet, as I am an integral part of that organism. When it comes to the scale of biospheric trauma, it seems we are all in denial.
